 Start Your Coaching Journey With a Complementary 90 Minute Clarity Session

At Blue Fern Coaching, every meaningful transformation begins with a free 90 minute Clarity Session over Zoom. This introductory resilience coaching session gives you a firsthand experience of what it feels like to work with a me and helps you immediately gain insight into what you need most. Whether you’re navigating stress, a life transition, or low confidence, this session is the foundation for powerful, long-term growth.

Pre-Session Insight: Your Coaching Questionnaire

Before we meet, you’ll receive a thoughtful questionnaire designed to help you dig deeper into what’s going well in life, what could be better, and more. This pre-coaching reflection helps me understand what you’re experiencing and ensures we use our time together effectively.

Your questionnaire explores topics such as:

  • What’s working well in your life right now
  • What habits, patterns, or stressors are draining your energy
  • What goals you haven’t been able to reach on your own
  • What type of support you’re hoping a life coach can provide
  • What clarity or transformation you want most

Completing this questionnaire is a gentle but powerful first step in the coaching process.

Deep-Dive Coaching Conversation: What Happens During Your Clarity Session

Your Clarity Session is a full 90 minute, supportive coaching experience—not a rushed consultation or sales pitch. During our Zoom call, you’ll get a sense of what it feels like to work with a resilience-focused life coach who listens deeply, asks powerful questions, and helps you uncover what you truly want.

During this session, we may:

  • Explore your current challenges, patterns, and emotional blocks
  • Clarify what you truly want
  • Identify the goals or changes that feel most meaningful to you
  • Begin mapping out what intentional growth could look like
  • Determine whether ongoing coaching is the right next step

Each session is personalized to the individual. My goal is for you to leave the Clarity Session feeling grounded, supported, and hopeful.
